In the conrse of the proceedings of the "Warden's Court, at Thames on Ihursday last, Mr Northcroft said that in future when granting Kcensed holdings or special claims which were situated on native lands, a clause would be inserted in all the deeds to the effect that all persons working in +hese holdings must be the holders of £1 mine™' rights.
