WOOL SALES. PRICES FULLY MAINTAINED. London, September 24.
Balme, Jacomb and Co. report that at their wool sales yesterday eignt thousand bales were catalogued. There was a large attendance, and the keenest of competition for all lots offered. Prices were fully maintained. Good merinos realised five per cent, above July sales. Crossbred wools were unchanged in price.
