At Mesw* Fleming: and Oo.'s weekly sale of fat cattle, which wa" held on the ll th inst., at their yards, Parawai, Thames. They report : A limited number of cattle were yarded, not being 1 sufficient for requiiements. Although bidding was lather slow all sold at satisfactory prices. Steeis selling at from L 5 2s 6d to L 7 10a ouch, being equal to fioin IBs to l'Js per 100 Ib. Cows sold at from L3'lss to L 5 eaol\, being equal to. from I4s 6d to 1 5s 6d per 100 lb. Uieep, the usual number were penned ; fat ewes sold at from I4s 3d to I6s3d each. A few pens of hoy gets Here withdrawn, prices pot being suffit-i'Tit. At Ronmera, on Thursday, the dairy cattle yarded were of indifferent quality. Prices ranged from L2to L 3 lOseach the 1001b. Thiee and «Hmlf-yeor ateors adverted, brought an average of L 3 12s 6d. Fat calves, short of requirements, sold freely. Fat cattle, in less than n«unl number, were better worth, jmd firm at List week's quotations, ICs to the 1001 b.
