STRIKERS' MANIFESTO. COMPANIES AND MIDDLEMEN ON AN EQUAL FOOTING. London, September 8.

The strikers have issued a manifesto in which they refuse to grant to companies any better terms than those given to wharfingers and stevedores. Sailors and firemen who have been on strike in sympathy with the dockmen, are to resume work with any body that grants the demands made by the wharf labourers. L'ghtermen will resume work if their demand for 6s per day is granted.
