O I A X O COUNTY. Order Made by the Ptako County Council declaring Certain District Roads County Roads. Notice is hereby given that, at a meeting held at the County Office, Cambridge, on Snturda}', the 10th inst., the Piako County Council, did, under, and in pursuance of the powers vested in it by Section 81 of "The Public Works Act, 1882." declaro the District Roads described in the schedule hereunder to be County Roads, and the said roads therefore cease to be District Roads fiom the date of this notice.

All that portion of the road, known as the Cambridge-Oxford Road, commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of tho Cambridge Public Domain in Block IX., Cambridge Survey District, and running thence in a S.E. direction, through Blocks X., X[V., XV., and XVI, of the said Survey District, to the N.W. boundary of thePatetero Riding. All that portion of tho road, known as the Carnbridge-Tauranga Road, commencing at its junction with the CambridgeOxford Road in Block X , Cambridge Survey District, and running thence in nn easterly direction through Blocks XI. and XII., of the said Survey District, and Blocks IX., and X., of Tapnpa Survey "District, to the S.W. boundary of the Matamata Riding. All that portion of the road, known as the Thames -Waikalo Road, commencing at a point on the western boundary of the Piako County in Bock IX.,Maungakawa Survey District, and running thence in a N.E. direction through Blocks V., VI., IL, 111., and IV., of the said Survey District ; through Block XVI., Waitoa Survey District, and Blocks XI., and IX., Te Aroha Survey District, to aroud nlong the western bunk of the "Wailjou River.
