Robson, for four months protection for Mikado Licensed Holding, Tai. Granted. In granting the protection asked for in the above oases, the Warden sad to Mr Rob=on he assumed that ho would make anangempnts to have the giound properly woiked at the end of that time, or else give it up altogether. Application for Forfeiture : Alameda Licensed Hoi lin<r, Wnioroncjomai, W. R. Wilson, ,T. 0, Fiith, J. McCosh Olarke, and H. H. Adams, registered owners. In this case the Mining Inspector applied to havp Uie license cancelled on the ground that the number of men required by law hnd not been employed. Forfeited, costs, 4s.
