BOULANGER FOUND GUILTY OF TREASON AND SENTENCED TO IMPRISONMENT FOR LIFE.
PARIS, August 15. The High Court have found General I&anlanger guilty of conspiracy and treason. Dillon and Rochefort, have also been found guilty of complicity. Boulanger, Dillon, and Rochofort, have been sentenced to imprisonment for life.
BERLIN, A^nst 15. The Emperor William in toasting the Emperor of Austria, who is ou a visit, referring to the Imperial guest, said the German people and army would maintain the alliance with Austria, even at the cost of having war forced on them.
