PIAKO COUNTY. t Order Made by the Piako County Council declaring Certain District Roads County Roads. Notice h hereby given that, at a meeting held at the County Office, Cambridge, on Saturday, the 10th inst., the Piako County Council, did, under, and in pursuance of the powers vested in it by Section 81 of "The Public Works Act, 1882." declare the District Roads described in the schedule hereunder to be County Roads, and the said roads therefore cease to be District Roads fiom the date of this notice. SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO. 1. All that pprtion of the road, known as the Cambridge-Oxford Road, commencing at a point on the eastern boundary of the Cambridge Public Domain in Block IX., Cambridge Survey Distiict, and running thence in a S.E. direction, through Blocks X., XIV., XV., and XVI, of the said Survey District, to the N.W. boundary of thePatetere Biding. 2. All that portion of the road, known as the Cambridge-Tauranga Road, commencing at its ji nction with the CambridgeOxford Road in Block X, Cambridge Survey District,and running thence in an easterly direction through Blocks XI. and XII., of the said Survey District, and Blocks IX., and X., of Tapapa Survey District, to the S.tf. boundary of the Matamata Riding. 3. All that portion of the road, known as the Thames -Waikalo Road, commencing at a point on the western boundary of the Piako County in Bock IX., Maungakawa Survey Disti ict, and running thence in a N.E. direction through Blocks Y. VI. f 11., 111., and TV., of the said Survey District ; through Block XVf., Waitoa Survey District, and Blocks XL, and IX., Te Aroho Survey District, to a road along the western bank of the "Waihou JJiver.
