The 20 d( j er sold at auction from 4s to Bs, and thebal.ncsat 7s each. At the horse sale, on Friday, prices for useful horses ranged from £6 to £11. Set double harness brought £4 15s; single sets, t2ancl £2 17s 6d; and a spring cart, £6 10s. At the hide and skin sale, on Tiiesiay, p> ices were firm ; best ox hides reache 1 3d 1516ths; cow hides, 2id; calfskins, 44d the lb: bheepskins, in good demand; butchers' skins ranged from 3s fed to 5s lid ; station skins. 3s 9cl to 4s 9d each ; wool, 6]d the lb ; tallow, 16s 6d the cwt.
