The votes for the Auckland district for new railway works to be constructed and land (class 3), as provided for in the his worksstatement,are,HelensvilleNorth wards £15,000, with £3,816 liabilities ; Grahams-town-Te Aroha £3,500 with 350 liabilities, and Putaruru-Kotorua £10,000 with £4,864 liabilities. For Woodville - Palmerston line, authority is asked to expend £75,000 during the coming year, the liabilities being £61,032. Under roads the following votes appear : — Roads to give access to Marton-Te Awamutu Railway: North End, £130; South End, £560. Under tha heading of class 2 are the following votes :— Marton-Te Awamutu railway construction works, North End, £30,000, with liabilities, £26,316; South End, £800, with liabilities, £780* The Statement will be delivered this evening.
