THE GERMAN EMPEROR. London, August 3.
The Emperor William of Germany, with a squadron of 12 vessels, has arrived at Spithead. The Prince of Wales was present to meet him, and Her Majeaty the Queen and all the members of the British Royal family • were at Osborne. The Emperor William will be invited to inspect 100 British warships on Saturday, and on Monday he witnesses the departure of the fleet for the manoeuvres. On Monday he dines on, board the Royal yacht with the principal officers of the squadron, and on the following day will review 25,000 British troops at Aldershot. On Wednesday he dines with Her Majesty the Queen at Osborne, and on Thursday he will take his departure for Germany.
