THE PARNELL COMMISSION. London, July 29.
Prior to the adjournment of the "Times" - Parnell Commission, the cashier of the'Nalionnl Bank stated that the books and papers of the Bank for the eight yours previous to 1886, had been destroyed on the authority of an order of the vice-chairman. It was subsequently elicited, however, that the destruction took place in the oriinaiy course of business, and not at the instigation of tho Parnellites. The books contained the accounts of Bitjgar and others Nationalists.
