BANK OF NEW ZEALAND BILL.
r The Bank of New Zealand Bill was read a third timeand passed yesterday afternoon, in spite of the opposition from Mr Goldie, who urged the same objections as the Stak. Mr Verrall and Mr Kelly supported him, but the Bill was carried on the voices.
