From MrWm. Haddow, J P., of Nelson :—: — " Allow me to add my testimony to the value of the Te A roll a Hot Springs. A fortnight ago I arrived here, suffering from insoinia. I was advised to begin 'by using No. G bath. This I confirmed, to do for the first few days, taking a bath both morning and evening. Latterly I havo used No. 2 bath, and this, combined with the admirablo shower baths and drinking the mineral • water, hap had a beneficial effect upon my health, which I am glad to say has been thoroughly restored, I am convinced the merits of your springs and ruinoral waters only require to be moro widely known to be gteatly appreciated and patronised by numbers of of visitors aud invalids who as yet are unacquainted with their wonderful curativo properties." Mb Josiab Tui'chen, Gisborne, makes the following entry in the Visitors' Book at the Domain Board's office :—": — " I brought Mrs Tutchen here quite helpless, so much so that I had to carry her out of her bedroom to the bath chair. By tho end of the first week her health had so much improved that she was not only able to proceed to the baths by her- \ self but able to walk about the grounds without assistance. The improvement continued durtho sefond week, an I by tho end of the third week her health was so restored through tho use of the baths that we left for home, as Gho believed herself quite cured from that painful affliction — rheumatic ievor. Tho bath used by Mrs Tutchen was No- 2, with electric battery ; No, 3 bath-house."
