LAW OF LIBEL.
The Bill dealing with tho law of libel passed through all ics stages in the Upper Houses yesterday. The new clauses that 1 telegraphed through as being proposed were adopted, and the Bill now leaves little for journalists bo desire. Those most deeply interested in it feel confident that the measure will have no serious opposition in tho Lower House.
