London, July 9. Before the " Times "-Parnell Commission to-day Mr John O'Connor, M.P. for Tipperary, was examined. He admitted having mot James McDermott, an American Fenian, who talked to him a good deal about the use of dynamite. He also stated that Devoj 7 , one of the leaders of the Irish Revolutionary Society, had tried to detach him (O'Connor) from the Constitutional policy.
