In rejDly to then 1 communication respecting the inclusion of colonial secu. rities in the Trust Funds Investment Bill, Mr Goschen has informed the Agents-General that he will consult the Judges during the recess with a view of widening the list of investments permitted under Hardy's Act. lie advised that provision be made so that in the event of default action could be taken in England against a colonial Go vernment.
