LOCAL LOANS.
There is to be laid before the House a copy of the conditions under which £30,000 havo been recently lent to the Oamaru Harbour Board out ot the trust funds of the Post Office Savings' Bank, also the conditions under which shares of the Oamaru (Jas Works, amounting lo .€9,300, were bought out of the same funds.
