AN UNFOUNDED CHARGE. Sydney, J uly 6.

The Royal Commission appointed to inquire into the grave charge made b}' Mr Dcasy, one of the Irish delegates, against the Post Office officials, of having opened letters addressed to him, have submitted their report to His Excellency the Governor. They report that after making full inquiry they find Mr Deasy has failed to substantiate his charges.
