SUPPOSED SUICIDE.

Taupiri, July 4. A supposed suicide occurred here yesterday. Wm. Taylor, junior, son of Wm. Taylor, farmer' here, died suddenly at 8 a.m. yesterday. He told his mobher he had taken strychnine. On Saturday last he purchased poison at Mr Sandes' chemist shop, Hamilton, for poisoning dogs, signing the necessary books. His age was 23. Ifc is supposed that disappointed love was the cause. An inquest will be held today.
