At a meeting of Lighfchand, Allan andCo.'s creditors hold to-day, tho statement showed liabilities £101,596, of which £5,186 are unsecured. The assets are: — Stock in trade, £51,090; book debts, £11,000; real estate, £24,458; sundries, £18,648 ; leaving a surplus 0f £3, 509. Mr Embling, inspector of the Bank of New Zealand, and Mr 0. W. Turner have been appointed supervisors.
