Melboubne, June 17. The floods continue to work considerable havocin the low-lying districts atCasterton. Two men named Swawney and Grew were drowned. Casterton is situated on the western bank of the River Glenolg, throo miles distant from its junction with the Wannon, and is on the main road from Melbourne to Adelaide, 271-^ miles, by rail, west of Melbourne.
