Feom MbWm. Haddow, J P., of Nelson :— " Allow mo to add my testimony to the value of Ihe To A^oba Hot Springs. A fortnight ago I anived here, suffering from insomia. I ■was advised to begin by using No. 6 bath. This I continued lo do for tho first few days, taking a bath both morning and evening. Latterly I have used No. 2 bath, ai>d this, jcombined with the admirable shower baths and dr'nkipg the mineral water, hap had a beneficial effect upon my health, whioh I am glad to say has beeji thoroughly restored. I am convinced tho merits of your spiinga and mineral waters only require to be more wUely known to begieatly appreciated and patronised by numbers of of visitors aud invalids who as yet are unacquainted with their wonderful curative properties." Mp Josiah Ttji\ghhn, Gisborne, makes the f illowing entry in the Visitors' Book at the Domain Board's office:— "l brought Mrs Tutchep here quite helpless, s j much so that I had to carry her out of her bedroom to thp bath chair. By the end of the first week her herlth had so much improved that she was not only able to proceed to the baths by her- | self butabla to walk about the grounds without assistance. The improvement continued durthe serond week, anl by the end of the third week her health was so restored through the use of the baths that, we left for home, as she believed herself quite cured from that painful affliction — rheumatic fever. The bath used by Mrs Tutchep was No. 2, with electric battery ; No, 3 bath-house."
