The Mawhera, from Fiji, brings late r news. The Southern Cross wap to leave for Auckland on Tuesday, the llfch. Captain Weel's (of the Altmoi'e) certificate was suspended for two years. It was considered that the vessel was lost through gross carelessness. The Governor left in the Rapid for Samoa on June 4th. Two slight Bhocks of earthquake have been felt atLevuka. Amongst the Mawhera's passengers are Mr Robb and family, from the wrecked ship Altmore. The Gunga left for Sydney on the sth.
