SUPPOSED FATAL ACCIDENT. DEAD BODY FOUND. Auckland, June 10.

Fakly tins morning the dead body of Mr J. F. "benallack, cooper and 'bus proprietor, of Penrose Junction, was found on the side of a i'oad leading from Panmuieto Penrose. The cause of death is nob known, but ifc is conjectured that a cart that deceased was driving capeized over a large furze bush growing on the side of the road, and that the driver was thrown out and killed. Mr Benallack was a young man well-knawn and respected, and had for years past plied his 'bus between Pen rose Junction and Otahuhu. He leaves a widow and three young children.
