PROSECUTION OF LORD MANDEVILLE. London, June 9.
The Public Prosecutor has summoned Lord Mandeville, son of the Duke of Manchester, on a charge of fraud. This is the outcome of the recent proceedings which were initiated and an attempt afterwards made to withdraw them.
