AUCKLAND, Last Night. Mr Lanigan, dock contractor, applied to the Supreme Court for the Court to appoint another arbitrator in his claim n<?iin«?t the Auckland Harbour Board. T io Judge decided that Lanigan having withdrawn from his consent to the previous arbitrator lie would not appoint another, and Larignn must now sue the Board in the ordinary way.
