Tub holiday here promises to be very quiet. The only festivals are the ball to be given by the Mayor to Lord and Lady Onslow, for which preparations are being made on an extensive scale. The Governor also gives his first official dinner. Some surprise has been caused by the omission of the levee which it is customary for His Excellency to hold on Queen's Birthday
