"ST. JAMES'S GAZETTE." INFLUENCE OF BISMARCK. London, May 22.
In the action of Greenwood v. Gibbs, heard in this city, the plaintiff claims damages for injury sustained through the conduct of Mr Gibbs, owing to which he was compelled .to relinquish the editorship of the " St. James's Gazette." Mr Greenwood asserted that he resisted Mr Gibbs because he had reason to believe that the "Gazette" was becoming the organ of Prince Bismarck. The jury have disagreed.
