SCENE IN THE REICHSTAG. BISMARCK ANGRY. Berlin, May 19.
During the debate on the Workmen's Insurance Bill, in the Reich->tag yesterday, Richter interrupted Bismarck by saying 1 "Bosh," whereupon Bismarck retaliated by calling him impudent. Bamberger then violently attacked Bismarck, who called him an insolent fool and then left in a rage. Quite a tumult followed, and the Reichstag adjourned till Monday.
