TOLSTOI'S FUNERAL. ANOTHER ATTEMPT ON THE CZAR. St. Petersburgh, May 14.

At the funeral of Count Tolstoi, whicn took place yesterday, another attempt on the life of the Czar was frustrated. The Czar was present at the funeral. A number of bombs were discovered in a house adjacent. Many arrests were made, the suspects being chiefly military men. One hundred detectives mingled with the populace during the time of the funeral, and foiled the plot.
