Not diamond-* glitt'ring on each breast, Nor silver 'nuath our feet, . But love, indwellingin each heart, -Shall make our joj s complete. Not angels' wings, but angel-thoughts ; Not cherubs' harps and crowns, But bliss to know that Wrong is dead And Sorrow nevtr frowns. To look upon the buried past (The faded flow ors ,of May), And see our blossoms glorified And beauteous in array ; To know the Master's gentle smile Shall beam upon each lace. And all our works be as our thoughts" — All beautified by grace. To know our hearts sha 1 bea f no more With worldly doubts and fc^rs ; To know that He sha'l give us rest And wipe away our tears. Tin's, then, is heaven— when earth shoIC £ c A d\\ elling for the just. With all our idols cast away And lying in the «tuBt.
