CONFERENCE AT SAMOA . TRIPATITE ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDED. BERLIN, May 13.
Conference has agreed to restrict the importation ami sale of fire arms and liquors at Samoa ; equal commercial rights have been couueded to all powers ; and the Committee have decided to recommend a tripartite administration in the municipal district of Apia The natives will be allowed to elect their king. England assumed a neutral attitude with respect to these decisions. The Conference is expected to conclude in a fortnight. A neutral zone has been created at Apia, and the powers hare equal rights with reepect to impoit and expoit duties.
