BRISBANE PRINTERS' STRIKE.
The directors of the Brisbane "Tele graph " have intimated that so far as they are concerned the compositors' strike is ended, they having obtained sufficient nonunion men to entirely fill theiroffice. Themaster printers, also, have pretty well filled the vacancies in their offices, and have wired instructions to their agents in the south nob , to send any more men. This step has been taken with a view of keeping: vacancies open for any of their late good hands who desire to resume work. During the last week some attempts at mediation have been made, through the instrumentality ot Mr J. F. Horsley. Those masters who have been approached on the subject insist that if any of their men return to work they must do so unconditionally and without disturbing the arrangements now existing with those hands already employed in their offices. A cable message received this- afternoon states that the Brisbane printers' strike has ended, the men having surrendered uncoa ditionally.
