At Fleming and Co.'s weekly sale of ftt cattle which was held on Bth inst at their yaids. Paiawai, Thames ; they report : — A full market came forward .for sale, bidding rather brisker than usual, on aocount of some good steers being yarded. Steers fetched from L 4 5s to L 6 10s each, equal to I3s 6d to T4s 6d per 100 lb. Heifers realised L 2 I7s 6d to L 3 5s each, equal to Us 6d to I2s 6<i per 100. Sheep ; Wethers sold at Us 9d ; ewes, 10s 6d to 10s 9d ; lambi, shorn, at 7s 6d to Bs. A few nice porkers were sold at LI 9s to LI I7s each. There is&till a demand for cows at calving-
