COMPTOIR D'ESCOMPTE. ARREST OF A DIRECTOR.
Paris, May 5. It is reported that a warrant has been issued against M. Heutsch, a director of the Comptoir d'Escompte, of Paris. It is also officially stated that the liquidators have reopened proposals with the British and American copper mines.
