Napieb, May 4. In connection with the recent Omahu disturbances, for promoting which Messrs Airini, Donnelly, and others were committed for trial on a charge of forcible entry, a couunter charge has been brought against Broughton and party for breaking inLo a tent and throwing it off the ground, the said tent having been erected and being occupied by Airin's followers. The KM. committed Broughton, his , brother, and an employee named Hales for trial.
