Mr Qunylc : Thi& mine is con&idered to be the befet in tho neighbourhood. I shall u rite out to New Zealand and get repoits from influential men tlieie, and shall scno them to the mining and financial papers, so that you may sec them foryoursches. The mine which Mr Parkcs assayed from is the JNlaiitoto piopcr, which is only half a mile irom my mine. Tho Chaiiman : I am Mire we are all delighted to hear fciich a favouiable opinion about this mine. I only regret that at the first note of dangei someone did not come foiwaid and re-assuie us, and pi event our shaicholders horn feeling that doubb and dis&atisfaction which has buen spread amongst them. The winding -up motion was carried unanimously, and the proceedings then teiminaled.
