SHOCKING DYNAMITE OUTRAGE AT WESTPORT. WESTPORT, Last Night
A dastardly outrage occurred at Cape Foulwmd between twelve ami one o'clock Ibis morning. \. larso ftono builling occupied by Messrs Ballantyne, Bros., who are connected with the contiactor^, was blown up by dynnnii'e. The hole in the ground where tho explosive struck down can bo seen under the front pait of the building, and fully half the building was reduced to a perfect wreck. The two Brtllantynes.wore sleeping in the rear of the premises and narrowly escaped uninjnied. The police are making enquiries but have obtained no clue.
