GERMAN-AFRICAN EXPEDITION. ULTERIOR MOTIVES SUGGESTED.
London, April 19. Advices from Zanzibar strengthen the suspicion that the German expedition organised for the relief of Emm Bey, under Captain Wissroann, has been undertaken with ulterior designs, and that the relief promised is only pub ionvard as a subterfuge.
