BFGCLATIONS.

1. Posting and Labelling. — In order I hat a parcel may go by Parcel Po^t, it must be handed in "at a Post Oilice counier or deliverywindow, and the postage due prepaid. The \vord3 "Parcel Post" should be written on the parcel, or on the label to be obtained from the Post Ofiice for affixing to the par. el. 2. Rates of rostage and weight,— The rates of postage for a paicel ure :—: — s. d. Must be Prepaid. — The full postage must bp prepaid by ordinary postage stamps, which must be affixed by the pendei or the person handinu in the parcel. G. Not to be Posted in Posting-box. — Parcels' exceeding lib in weight aie not to bo posted in the posting-box, but mu^tbe hnnded over the counter, or at the delivery-window of the Post Officp, to the proper officer, by whom the size, ve'ght, »nd postage will be checked before a paicel m»v be accepted. Paicels pogted in the posting-box, unless admissible and fully paid at letier late will be charged on delivery with a finu ol Gd.. in addition to any deficient postage.
