PROPOSED LEGISLATION.
SydjvEV, April 11. In the House last night, a bill to establish reciprocity between the vaiious colonies with regard to judgments obtained in courts other than in the Supreme Court was read a second time. It enables a creditor in one colony to have judgment entered and execution issued against a levanting creditor in another colony.
