Pakis, April 6.,The Government have ordered the arrest b^ General Boulangei, .should he return to France. In his second manifesto the general says that the indictment accuses him of frequent instances. -of sedition previous' <to entering bhe Ministry, therefore his t colleagues were culpable in condoning his offence. He expresses himself confident that the next general election will place . him at the head of the nation. The manifesto published by General Boulanger declares that the indictment brought against him by M. Queeney, Procureur, is a tissue of falsehoods. He admits that his desire is to wrest; the Republic' of France from 'the hands of those who aro degrading and ruining France. , . The Premier of Belgium intimates that j should Brussels be made a centre of agita- | tion he will expel General Bo'ulanger from | the country. M. Naquet, member of Senate, and a colleague were acquitted on the charge of belonging to a secret society, and were,condemned to pay a fine of ioo francs each for belonging to an illegal society. On the decision being announced, there were * triumphant cries of " Vive Boulanger." ' A decree making a High Court of Justice for the trial' of cases in which accused are charged with conspiracy against the State will be submitted to the Senate on Monday.
