IT having been proved to me this 19th day of March, that NO VALUATION LIST HAS BEEN PREPARED for the Te Aroha Town District, as required by the "Rating Act, 1876," I now appoint Mr FRANCIS PAVITT as VALUER to make such LIST, and the 29th day of March, 1889, is the date fixed for its completion.
