The Nationalists affirm that the Samoan disaster must not be allowc 1 to cool Colonial ardour. Sydney, April 2. The survivors from the German warships wrecked at Samoa are to he forwarded Home on 24th inst. They will arrive at Sydney next week. It is intended that a public demonstration be held to mark appreciation of the skill shown by the officers of the Calliope, ami also that steps be taken to acknowledge the bravery of the Samoans in their efforts to save lifo during the hurricane.
