Mail Boat Blown Up. FOURTEEN LIVES LOST.
Lujvoon, March 30. THE Osteirl-Dover mail boat, wbile crossing the stiaits, collided with a Belgian steans r, and was blown up. Fourteen passtMisrcrs weie drowned. Victor Bonapaite was rescued. The boilers of ih-: mail steamer exploded after the coiiision.
