" Dick " Sandall has returned to Sydney and hopes to get a match 'on with'Seale very shortly after his arrival there. "Willy" Murphy arrired from the South last Monday. He at first intended going through by the Alameda to 'Frisco, but circumstances ordering it otherwise, he has lemained in the city. He is in hopes of leaving foi the Californian capital by the next steamer. Slade, Jem Mace's Maoii, is engaged in a legal dispute with a Mormon Bishop of Moro, U. T. Tho reverend gentleman, it is said, fraudulently seized the fighter's homestead under the Desert Act. Slade will probably win the suit, but -the Mormons have threatened to resist by force of arms any attempt to take possession of the disputed property.
