IT having been proved to me this 19th day of March, that NO VALUATION LIST HAS BEEN PREPARED for the Te Aroha Town District, as required by the "Rating Act, 1876," I now appoint Mr FRANCIS PAVITT as VALUER to make such LIST, and the 29th day of March, 1889, is the date fixed for its completion . It will be OP EN FOR INSPECTION at the Courthouse, Te Aroha from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., from the 29th March to I3th April (Saturdays and Sundays excepted), and ALL OBJECTIONS to the said LIST must bo left at the stud Courthouse on or before the 15th day of Apiil, 1889. 11.
