WELLINGTON, Nißlit. Tlie verdict n turned on the victims of the fireworks accident at Otaki was ''accidental death." The juiy added a rider that before persons should be allowed to let off fireworks, they should get pennis sionfrom a Resident Magintrate or Justice of the Peace, such persons to be held responsible for any accidents that occur. Pieces of mclal were found in the bodies of both the men.
