Bounded on the south by the New Era, bounded on the east by Fergusson's Special Claim, on the north by unoccupied ground, on the west by unoccupied ground and Bismarck. Extent of land applied for: Fifteen acres. Amount of capital proposed to be invested : Five hundred pounds. Proposed mode of working the land : Driving and tunnelling, Term for which License or Special-claim grant is required : Twenty-one years.
